Handling check-in and check-out for late arrivals and early departures.
Providing guest services throughout the night in accordance with ISO quality management standards.
Conducting nightly audit processes, including reconciling transactions and balancing accounts.
Verifying and posting charges, such as room rates and service charges.
Generating financial reports and statements for management review.
Posting daily sales and closing entries.
Preparing and reviewing guest bills, checking and filing guest checks.
Handling guest complaints or issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks.
Performing general cleaning duties.
Ensuring peace and order throughout the hotel, including regular patrols of the premises.
