Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Grundreinigung, Zimmer-, Nasszellen- und Bereichsreinigung sowie die Umsetzung des HACCP-Hygienekonzepts. Weitere Aufgaben umfassen Arbeiten in der Lingerie, Bereitstellung der Gästewäsche und Unterstützung in anderen Bereichen wie Frühstück und Spülküche.
