AG GRAND HOTELS ENGADINERKULM sucht eine Sous‑Chef-Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Executive Chef und einer hochqualifizierten Brigade. Sie tragen Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Küchenbetrieb, von Frühstück bis Gala-Dinner, und sichern höchste Qualität und HACCP‑Standards.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Köchin EFZ mit, haben mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der 5-Sterne-Hotellerie oder gehobener Gourmetgastronomie und beherrschen Italienisch fließend;
Englisch oder Deutsch ergänzen Ihr
