- Herzliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts sowie Bearbeitung der Gästekorrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Organisation des Front Office inklusive Check-in, Check-out, Telefonzentrale und professionellem Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen
- Verwaltung von Reservationen, Rechnungen, Tagesabschlüssen sowie weiteren administrativen Aufgaben
- Anwendung und Pflege der Systeme Opera Cloud, Straiv und Mirus
- Unterstützung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen als zentrale Schnittstelle des Hauses
- Aktiver Verkauf von Hotel- und Zusatzleistungen sowie Sicherstellung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards
- Work location 8143 Uetliberg (ZH)
