HUUS LÖWEN 1878
In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 seats) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal for events. The spacious outdoor area offers space for up to 80 guests and provides a perfect setting to enjoy.

In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests have enjoyed not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with a sharing concept but also an impressive wellness and treatment area in the QUELL SPA over 2,200 m² as well as the stylish BOTANICUM BAR.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the early and late shifts as well as the operational management of the front office.
- Active care of guests throughout their entire stay and ensuring a personal and professional guest experience.
- Looking after VIP, regular and demanding guests as well as handling and following up on individual concerns and complaints.
- Identifying and solving challenges in daily operations and supporting the team as needed.
- Training new employees and interns as well as coordinating and conducting team training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Ensuring professional communication and collaboration between front office, guest relations and relevant hotel departments.
- Documenting guest information, complaints and special requests in the PMS and passing on relevant information.
- Supporting the Front Office & Guest Relations Manager and taking over departmental responsibility in their absence.
- Replacing the night auditor as needed, including taking over the night shift and performing the daily closing.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a 5-star hotel
- Extensive general knowledge, enthusiasm for innovation and strong emotional intelligence
- Organisational talent and ability to work in a service-oriented manner
- Flexible, decisive, resilient and enjoys working with numbers
- Trustworthy and confident in negotiation
- Confident in handling stressful situations
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage - Well-groomed appearance
