In dieser Schlüsselrolle beraten und unterstützen Sie Führungskräfte in allen HR-Fragen und sind für die Rekrutierung neuer Talente verantwortlich. Zudem koordinieren Sie die Payroll und verantworten die Ausbildung von Lernenden. Bewerber sollten eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit HR-Weiterbildung haben und kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch mitbringen, idealerweise auch in Englisch oder Französisch.
