- Beratung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitendnen und Führungskräften in allen HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Sparringpartner:in bei Führungs-, Konflikt-, Absenz- und Veränderungsthemen
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von HR-Projekten sowie Organisationsentwicklungsinitiativen
- Sicherstellung einer professionellen, einheitlichen HR-Umsetzung entlang des Employee Lifecycles
- Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im HR-Bereich (z.
B. HR-Fachausweis, FH/HF - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer HR-Beratungs- oder Business-Partner-Rolle
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts
- Hohe Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
