Aufgaben- Unterstützung im administrativen Ein-/Austrittsprozess, inkl. Einholen von Arbeitsbewilligungen
- Erstellung von Zwischen- und Abschlusszeugnissen
- Absenzenmanagement
- Allgemeine Tätigkeiten in der HR-Administration
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denkvermögen und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Muttersprache Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
