As VP Global Talent
, you will architect and lead our global talent ecosystem end‑to‑end - from attraction and hiring, to onboarding, development, retention, and succession. You won’t just shape processes; you will define how we grow talent and build the capabilities that fuel our future.

In this role, you set the strategic direction for leadership and manager development, global capability building, and talent governance across all regions. You act as a powerful connector who brings stakeholders together, translates strategy into meaningful action, and communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.

• Build and refine the global talent strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership & Manager Development, Career Development and Learning.
• Shape and maintain the global talent ecosystem across attraction, hiring, onboarding, development, retention and succession cycles.
• Drive a unified leadership and capability framework, including the global leadership profile and skills taxonomy. Build and evolve our Management and Leadership Development curriculum, including High Potential Programs.
• Own global governance, frameworks and standards for all major talent processes.
• Ensure data‑driven talent decisions by defining metrics, dashboards and insights for succession, capability and external market trends.
• Strengthen employer branding & EVP in collaboration with Communications.
• Enable capability building through functional academies, learning journeys and strategic skills development.
• Partner effectively in the matrix with Global and Regional HR as well as the Experience Hub.
• Lead DEI and anchor DEI principles across all talent practices.

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong track record in Talent Management, Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition strategy
• Experience building global talent structures, not only operating them
• Ability to take people along, create clarity, energize teams, and facilitate interventions
• Strength in designing skills & capability frameworks and shaping how talent grows (beyond processes)
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines is an asset
• Strong stakeholder influence in global/matrix environments
  
  Business fluent English
• University degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
• Ability to travel up to ~20%
