Your Role:

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented HR Shared Service Center Specialist DACH*to join our Human Resources Team in Trimbach. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering excellent HR services to all employees across the region. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement – how can systems, processes and data be optimized to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the HR Shared Service Center across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will manage HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle. Here is a closer look at your key responsibilities:

  • HR Administration & (in‑house) Payroll Manage HR processes from hiring to termination, including employment documents, benefits incl. shareholding, (in‑house) payroll, and time & attendance (T&A) tracking Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax and labor laws Maintain and update employee files in line with GDPR Manage correspondence with authorities, insurances, and other stakeholders regarding employment matters
  • Process Optimization & Systems Standardize, automate, and improve HR processes and systems Own and maintain HR systems, ensure up‑to‑date information Train employees and HR colleagues on HR systems
  • HR SSC Knowledge & Intranet Management Document and visualize HR processes to keep the HR Shared Service Center knowledge base updated Maintain and enhance the HR intranet
  • Reporting, Analytics & Compliance Create (ad‑hoc) reports, analyze data and support audits Ensure compliance with local and international employment regulations
  • Collaboration & Employee Support
  • Partner with all internal and external stakeholders Support the expansion of our HR Shared Service Center Participate in (cross‑) functional projects at regional, EMEA or global levels Provide ad hoc HR support and ensure smooth team operations, including holiday cover
Your qualification:
  • A completed administrational apprenticeship, ideally with additional HR qualifications, or a bachelor’s degree in HR/ Business
  • 2+ years of professional HR experience
  • Experience (in‑house) in payroll processing and labor laws
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM and SAP Success Factors is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our DACH locations
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
    Adaptability to a challenging environment
