Aktive Kandidatensuche und Direktansprache von Fachkräften und Young Professionals. Durchführung strukturierter, kompetenzbasierter Interviews. Beratung von Unternehmen bei der Besetzung ihrer Personalbedarfe. Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kandidat:innen und Mandanten.
