Der Kanton St. Gallen sucht ab dem 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Personalberater/in IIZ Sargans. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Beratung und Vermittlung von stellensuchenden Personen sowie die Koordination mit verschiedenen Sozialversicherungen.
Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und einen eidgenössischen Fachausweis im HR-Bereich mit. Flexibilität sowie empathische Kommunikation sind ebenfalls notwendig. Ihre Arbeitsstelle befindet sich in Geh-distanz zu den Bahnhöfen der RAV-Standorte.
