The role will focus on designing and delivering automated, secure, and compliant data flows between Legion and multiple payroll software platforms used by external payroll providers across 20 European countries, eliminating manual data manipulation and reducing payroll risk.

The role will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, PMO, Legion, and external payroll vendors to ensure a scalable and future‑proof payroll integration model.

  • Partner with IT, Legion, and payroll vendors to establish validation rules, reconciliation processes, and exception handling frameworks.
  • Design controlled workaround solutions where full automation is not supported.
Multi‑Country & Multi‑Vendor Coordination
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Michael Kors and external payroll providers on all matters related to Legion data integration.
  • Coordinate payroll integration testing, parallel payroll runs, and go‑live activities country by country, ensuring thorough validation and issue resolution.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks linked to payroll cutoffs and statutory deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to multi‑country payroll integration, including vendor dependencies, data inconsistencies, and statutory compliance requirements.
Payroll Compliance & Local Requirements
  • Apply strong knowledge of European payroll rules, labor regulations, and local requirements to ensure accurate payroll data processing.
  • Ensure integration meets GDPR, data security, and audit requirements.
  • Document country‑specific differences, data rules, and payroll dependencies.
Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interfaces, data structures, data ownership assignments, validation rules, and country requirements.
