Job Impuls sucht eine engagierte Personalassistentin HR in Dottikon, Schweiz, zur Unterstützung der HR-Leitung an zwei fixen Arbeitstagen pro Woche. Sie übernehmen operative und konzeptionelle Aufgaben im Personalwesen, einschließlich der Führung der Personaladministration und der Verantwortung für die Zeitwirtschaft.
Wir erwarten mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personaladministration und sehr gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeitsrechts. Die Position bietet ein attraktives, flexibles Teilzeitpensum mit der Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung im HR-Bereich.
