Migros Gruppe sucht eine erfahrene Fachperson im Bereich Lohn- und Sozialversicherungen mit Fokus auf Payroll und HR-IT-Systeme. Sie unterstützen das Team im Tagesgeschäft, beraten Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent und treiben die Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse voran.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Mitarbeit in der Zeiterfassung, Abrechnung von Taggeldprozessen (KTG/UTG) in UKA und SAP sowie die Erstellung von Auswertungen.
