Location: Mitlödi
Grünenthal sucht eine/n HR-Generalist/in (50–60%) vor Ort in der Schweiz, der/die das HR-Team entlang des Employee Life Cycles unterstützt und als kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte fungiert.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören HR-Administration, Rekrutierung, Arbeitsverträge, Lohnverarbeitung, Sozialversicherungen und Abacus/HR-Tools. Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung der HR-Prozesse bei.
