Stiftung SAG in Schwerzenbach sucht eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Mitarbeiter:in HR-Administration (50%). Du steuerst den Employee Lifecycle, koordinierst HR-Prozesse und unterstützt Recruiting, Payroll sowie Vertragsadministration.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Pflege von Personalakten, Lohnvorbereitungen und Meldungen. Du arbeitest in kleinem HR-Team, mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice nach Absprache.
