Flexsis – Bern sucht für unseren Partner in Brienz 3855 temporär eine/n HR-Sachbearbeiter:in. Sie übernehmen die HR-Administration entlang des Employee Lifecycle, betreuen Mutationen, Ein- und Austritte und unterstützen das Vertrags- und Dokumentenmanagement.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören Lohnvorbereitung für externes Payroll, Pflege von HR- und Zeiterfassungsdaten sowie einfache Auswertungen. Idealerweise bringen Sie Systemaffinität, Deutschkenntnisse und eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
