Arval sucht eine engagierte Working Student Human Resources (40-60%) in Rotkreuz zur Unterstützung der HR-Prozesse. Sie koordinieren On-/Offboarding, bearbeiten Verträge, Weiterbildungen und Fringe Benefits, arbeiten an HR-Projekten und pflegen den HR-SharePoint.
Sie sind an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert (HRM oder Business Psychology) und bringen idealerweise HR-Erfahrung, Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse;
Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
