Selecta sucht einen erfahrenen HR-Generalisten für den Standort Kirchberg BE. Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich alle personaladministrativen Prozesse vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt und unterstützen Mitarbeitende sowie Führungskräfte in HR-Fragestellungen.
Sie begleiten Führungskräfte entlang des Employee Lifecycles, unterstützen die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung mit Payroll, kümmern sich um Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsbewilligungen und wirken aktiv am Recruiting sowie On-/Offboarding-Prozessen mit.
