Bachem AG in Bubendorf sucht für 7-8 Monate eine engagierte HR Business Partnerin bzw. einen HR Business Partner.
Du begleitest Führungskräfte und Teams kompetent, lösungsorientiert und mit Empathie, während du zentrale HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee Life Cycles unterstützt. Idealerweise verfügst du ab November/Dezember 2026, bringst mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung, Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Erfahrung in Change-Management mit.
