Your mission As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you take charge of the entire recruitment process, from understanding the need to candidate follow-up. You work both on recruitments aimed at strengthening the group’s consultant teams and on mandates entrusted to Sigmalis Talent Services by its clients. Your role is not just to identify CVs: you seek to understand career paths, skills, motivations, and professional aspirations in order to create relevant and lasting connections.

Your main responsibilities Understand recruitment needs, technical environments, and sought profiles, Define and deploy the most suitable sourcing and direct approach strategies, Write and publish attractive and targeted job offers, Identify and approach candidates via various tools, professional networks, and headhunting techniques, Analyse applications and assess their suitability with the technical, professional, and human requirements of the position, Prepare and conduct in-depth and structured interviews, Write precise interview reports that reflect the skills, experience, motivations, and key elements of each application, Support candidates throughout the process and ensure regular and professional follow-up, Guarantee the quality and updating of information in our ATS and build talent pools for regularly sought profiles, Develop a close relationship with the group’s internal teams and understand their current and future needs, Contribute to the attractiveness of our opportunities and our employer brand

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing IT profiles within a recruitment agency or an IT services company in French-speaking Switzerland. This local market knowledge is important to enable you to be quickly autonomous in your role. You also possess the following skills and qualities: excellent mastery of sourcing methods, direct search, and headhunting, good knowledge of the main IT professions and environments, knowledge of the job market and economic fabric of French-speaking Switzerland, ability to conduct structured interviews and evaluate a candidate beyond just the CV elements, native French speaker or equivalent level, with excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling, good level of English allowing you to conduct interviews with English-speaking candidates, organisational skills, rigour, and ability to manage several recruitments and priorities simultaneously, excellent interpersonal skills and communication sense, autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation, taste for teamwork and ability to collaborate with different interlocutors and professions, absolute respect for confidentiality and ethics inherent to the recruitment profession.
