Sie begleiten Führungskräfte und Teams kompetent, lösungsorientiert und mit Empathie durch zentrale HR-Prozesse des Employee Life Cycle. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung in HR, idealerweise im chemischen/pharmazeutischen Umfeld, sowie exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und sichere Praxis im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht.
