Your mission
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands‑on HR professional to join our growing team at ANAVIA and contribute to the future of unmanned aviation.
Key Tasks
- Independently manage day‑to‑day HR administration, including employee records and personnel files, time and expense management, withholding tax, insurance and pension matters, family and child benefits, and HR documentation.
- Manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and administration of payroll in close coordination with the Finance Department.
- Manage full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new employees, including visa and work permit procedures, relocation‑related administration, and other onboarding formalities.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, confirmations, and letters.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee data in HR systems and internal databases.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, administrative questions, and internal processes.
- Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of employee data and HR documentation.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or in any similar role.
- Solid understanding of HRadministrationandemployeelifecycleprocesses
. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandworkeffectivelyinafast-paced environment.
- Excellentcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
- Highlevelofdiscretionandprofessionalismwhenhandlingconfidentialinformation.
- Hands‑on,solution‑oriented,andproactivemindset.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilealsobeingacollaborativeteamplayer.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
- Very good Germanand English skills
, both written and spoken.
