dahlia Verein sucht eine Junior Payroll & HR-Fachperson (80–100%) in der Region Oberes Emmental. Sie unterstützen die HR-Abteilung bei der gesamten Administration, mit Schwerpunkt Lohnabrechnung (Nexus) und Zeiterfassung.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Abwicklung der Lohn- und Personaladministration, sowie die administrative Verantwortung im Bereich KTG/UVG/IV. Bewerbermanagement (Dualoo) und Stellenausschreibungen gehören ebenfalls dazu.
