Sie pflegen Lohn- und Gehaltsdaten in SAP, beraten Mitarbeitende bei HR-Fragen und tragen aktiv zur Harmonisierung der HR-Prozesse bei, im engen Austausch mit der LUKS HR.
Sie arbeiten strukturiert, priorisieren Aufgaben, bleiben professionell auch bei kritischem Feedback und entwickeln Abläufe gemeinsam weiter.
