- Sie führen die Personal und Lohnadministration und pflegen alle gehalts und sozialversicherungsrelevanten Daten sorgfältig in SAP
- Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Mitarbeitenden bei administrativen Fragen rund um vielfältige HR Themen kompetent und serviceorientiert
- Im Rahmen der Harmonisierung von HR Prozessen bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen und in die Zusammenarbeit mit dem LUKS HR ein
