Sie verantworten den gesamten Recruitingprozess, erstellen attraktive Stellenausschreibungen und arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften zusammen. Sie führen Interviews per Telefon, Video und persönlich, betreuen Onboarding und Offboarding, setzen Active Sourcing ein und helfen, die Candidate Experience zu optimieren.
