Position:

The Regional Sales Manager ensures the most effective & efficient operational planning for their area of responsibility. They will coordinate adequate resources and ensure all objectives are met. They will also be responsible for developing individual skills through strong coaching and feedback sessions.

Responsibilities:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will…

  • Ensure efficient resource planning for optimal coverage
  • Develop short-term tactical activities and a long-term annual plan based on opportunities and threats, as well as plan the Trade Investment Budget
  • Take care of relationships with key customers
  • Monitor & update the business on the current trends
  • Manage the performance of the Team
  • Support Team’s development by delivering coaching sessions and individual training plans and empowering the team to act

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales or similar
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, including Field-based operations, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills
  • Profound commercial understanding
  • Strong organizational skills & a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent English, French and German
