Ein führendes Unternehmen im Kabelsektor sucht eine/n Leiter/in Human Resources in Däniken. In dieser Rolle tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für den HR-Bereich und begleiten aktiv Transformations- sowie Digitalisierungsinitiativen. Sie führen ein Team von fünf Mitarbeitenden und entwickeln zentrale HR-Prozesse weiter. Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden HR-Funktion mit und besitzen strategisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke. Die Stelle erfordert lokale Verankerung oder die Bereitschaft zum Umzug.
