Une association vaudoise recherche un(e) Responsable du pôle Majeurs à 80%. Le candidat idéal aura un Master en travail social et 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets. Ce poste inclut la coordination de bureaux missions, l'identification d'enjeux émergents, et l'accompagnement des institutions membres. Une excellente autonomie, une posture proactive et un sens aigu du service sont des atouts essentiels.
Le lieu de travail se situera à Le Mont-sur-Lausanne puis à Renens à partir de novembre 2026.
