In dieser Rolle führen Sie ein Team von sieben Mitarbeitenden, coachen sie in der Klientenarbeit und sind verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung der Angebote. Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit oder Ähnlichem sowie Erfahrung im Sucht- und Wohnbereich. Es erwartet Sie ein dynamisches Umfeld mit der Möglichkeit, an verschiedenen Standorten zu arbeiten.
