Die Stiftung des Seebezirks für erwachsene Beeinträchtigte in Muntelier sucht ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 eine qualifizierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Bereichsleiter / Bereichsleiterin - 100%. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gesamtleitung und Koordination aller Werkstätten sowie für die Führung und Entwicklung der Gruppenleitenden.
Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Diversifizierung der Angebote, während Sie die persönliche Entwicklung und Selbstständigkeit der Klientinnen und Klienten fördern.
