Der ideale Kandidat hat eine Grundausbildung in einem Naturberuf sowie Ranger-Erfahrung, hohe Sozialkompetenz und Führungskompetenz. Das Umfeld bietet internes Weiterbildung sowie 5 Wochen Urlaub pro Jahr.
