Spital, Spitex, Langzeitpflege, Rehabilitation und Psychiatrie. Aufgaben:
Leitung / Führung Region:
Ostschweiz/Liechtenstein, Zürich 8Z9 D66
- Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams
- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
- Einsatzplanung und Organisation
- Förderung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden
- Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder entsprechende Weiterbildung
- Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Interesse an einer nachhaltigen Führungsrolle
- Festanstellung mit Führungsverantwortung
- Unterschiedliche Settings je nach Präferenz
