Ein Kandidat sollte eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mitbringen und erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation zur Übernahme von Verantwortung haben. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fortgeschrittene Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
