Location: Wiedlisbach
Adecco Schweiz sucht eine engagierte Teamleitung Betreuung & Pflege (80–100%) in der Region Bern/Wiedlisbach. Sie führen fachlich und personell das Team, sichern eine hochwertige Pflegequalität und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mit.
Sie bringen Führungserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit Funktionsstufe 3 und ein souveränes Auftreten mit. Wohnsitz im Umkreis von ca. 30 Minuten und Bereitschaft zu 2–3 Nachtdiensten pro Monat runden das Profil ab.
