Das Seelandheim sucht eine Wohngruppenleitung (70–100%) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Sie übernehmen die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung der Wohngruppe und fungieren als Vorbild, Coach und Impulsgeber im Team.
Sie gestalten mit dem Team eine Umgebung, in der Bewohner:innen als Individuen wahrgenommen werden, fördern Selbstbestimmung und Teilhabe und entwickeln Prozesse sowie Standards weiter. Mobilität und Führerschein B sind von Vorteil.
