Viva Luzern AG sucht eine Teamleiterin bzw. einen Teamleiter Betreuung und Pflege für eine Demenz-Wohngruppe in Luzern. Sie übernehmen Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die fachgerechte Pflege, die Dokumentation der Leistungen sowie die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten. Eine entsprechende Ausbildung ist erforderlich und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung wird erwartet.
