Sie gestalten Strukturen, Prozesse und Teams, sichern fachliche Qualität und eine sichere Betriebsführung. Sie fördern die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, setzen agogische Konzepte um und steuern gemeinsam mit Teamleitungen betreuungsrelevante Prozesse.
