• You are a field leader capable of uniting, developing, and driving the performance of a team of 16 people around common objectives.
• You have solid experience in the automotive spare parts sector or equivalent and understand the challenges of a performance-oriented profit center.
• You combine commercial sense, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership.
• You know how to analyze performance indicators and make decisions that allow for sustainable business development.
• Organized and autonomous, you manage priorities effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
• You master modern management tools (ERP, CRM, Excel).
• You have an excellent command of spoken and written French. Knowledge of German is an additional asset in this region.

• Take charge of our Fribourg branch and ensure its human, commercial, and financial performance.
• Manage, support, and develop a team of 16 people by creating a motivating, demanding, and service-oriented work environment.
• Develop the branch's commercial activity, set the course, steer objectives, and implement the necessary actions to achieve them.
• Ensure the management and profitability of the profit center by monitoring key indicators and identifying growth levers.
• Guarantee the excellence of the branch: stock availability, service quality, logistics efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and the Regional Manager to deploy the company's strategy and seize market development opportunities.
