Location: Marin-Epagnier
EM Microelectronic is seeking a senior leader to take full P&L ownership of the RFID Business Unit in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. You will define strategy, manage budgets and investments, and drive product roadmaps and new introductions to strengthen market leadership.
You will build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and industry bodies like the RAIN Alliance, while leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and sales to deliver profitable growth.
