EKZ sucht eine:n Bauherrenvertreter:in Gebäudetechnik in Dietikon (80–100%) zur eigenverantwortlichen Leitung von Sanierungsprojekten an Bestandsanlagen im HLK/Elektrobereich. Sie steuern Vorgaben, koordinieren Schnittstellen und sichern Kostenkontrolle sowie termingerechte Umsetzung.
Sie bringen eine Gebäudetechnik-Ausbildung (EFZ) sowie HF-Weiterbildung oder gleichwertigen Werdegang mit, verfügen über mehrjährige Projektleitungserfahrung und kennen AutoCAD LT sowie HLK-Hydraulik gut.
