Die Gemeinde Herrliberg sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Leiter/in Werkhof (100 %). Du sorge für reibungslose Abläufe im Werkhof von der Einsatzplanung bis zum Winterdienst und bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt zwischen Team, Verwaltung und Bevölkerung.
Du führst ein sechs Mitarbeitenden starkes Team, planst Einsätze vorausschauend, unterstützt den Leiter Tiefbau bei Reports, Budget und Projekten und bist Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen.
