Lonza Visp sucht eine engagierte Führungskraft als Gruppenleiter Werkstatt IH-Pharma H23. Sie leiten fachlich und organisatorisch die Werkstatt, sichern eine effiziente Auftragsabwicklung und verantworten Budget sowie Kostenstellen.
Sie entwickeln Mitarbeitende, planen Einsätze, arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Produktion, EHS und HR zusammen und treiben KVP- und Optimierungsprojekte voran. Stellvertretung des Head Workshops & Standards gehört dazu.
