ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE sucht eine stellvertretende Stationsleitung, die Führung und Pflege verbindet. Sie unterstützen die Stationsleitung in Organisation und Teamführung und übernehmen Verantwortung in Abwesenheit, bleiben aber im Pflegealltag präsent.
Für Ihre Führungsaufgaben sind feste Bürotage eingeplant;
Sie arbeiten als Pflegefachperson HF/FH und betreuen rund 45 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Sie entwickeln die Pflegequalität weiter und fördern offene, wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit.
