Location: Wattwil
TERTIANUM AG in Wattwil sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Teamleitung im Pflegebereich (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/DNII) für 80–100% Verantwortung für 36 Pflegegäste und 13 Wohnungen.
Sie führen das Pflegeteam, gestalten Arbeitsprozesse, beteiligen sich an Rekrutierung, Meetings und interdisziplinären Rapporten und entwickeln Pflegeangebote weiter.
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem interdisziplinären Team, sichern Pflegequalität und leben unser Pflegeleitbild;
Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
