Das Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen sucht eine motivierte Stationsleitung HF/FH 80–100%. Sie führen ein Pflegeteam, planen Einsätze, führen Mitarbeitengespräche, betreuen Bewohner ganzheitlich und koordinieren Arztvisiten.
Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene HF/FH‑Ausbildung, Führungserfahrung, ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Die Stelle bietet eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einer regional verankerten, respektvollen Arbeitsumgebung.
