Vous coordonnez le traitement des sinistres et impulmez le développement des processus modernes, tout en guidant une équipe de 8 personnes et en accompagnant les clients avec empathie.
Profil recherché: expérience significative en sinistres non-vie, conduite et autonomie, préférence pour le brevet fédéral en assurances privées.
