National Marketing ManagerAs the National Marketing Manager Switzerland, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand engages and inspires customers across the market. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution from launching new vehicles with maximum impact to empowering retailers through sharp, data‑driven marketing support. You will translate local market insights into powerful campaigns, ensure alignment with European initiatives, and directly influence sales performance.

What you'll do
Focus on driving demand and supporting the process of converting leads into sales, to ensure we reach local targets
Create and implement tailored local marketing strategies for new vehicle launches, ensuring alignment with European initiatives to maximize market impact and drive success
Drive roadmap planning and prioritize local events and initiatives. Conduct go‑to‑market checks on local initiatives (e.g., Copy communication, legal market requirements)
Together with the Commercial Director, build and maintain collaborative relationships with retailers
Support them with strategic marketing insights and act as a sparring partner for the marketing manager at the retailer's end
Consolidate retail marketing plans and align with global plans. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Digital Manager, Retail task force and Product Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless, high‑quality customer experience
You enable a constant loop of feedback between the global and local parties
Present and communicate the central plans to local teams and retailers
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on local or national marketing initiatives
Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
Broad understanding of the marketing function
Great project management skills
Fluent in English, French and German
